For this reason, the heart of our electric fleet has been designed to offer maximum operational flexibility, providing customers with various energy storage configurations supported by an advanced integrated On-Board charger.
All cranes in the EVO series and the INDOOR line can be equipped in a 100% battery-electric version—an engineering choice that allows for compact dimensions, high performance, and the millimetric precision typical of our traditional combustion engine machines to remain completely unaltered. The true quality leap for your company lies in the total elimination of emissions, a result made possible by premium industrial battery packs.
The standard equipment of our electric vehicles includes high-capacity Lead-Acid batteries. These units are structured to sustain long and intense daily operational cycles. However, for even more extreme rhythms, our vehicles can be supplied with advanced Lithium batteries. This premium option ensures superior performance and extreme charging speeds that minimize machine downtime.
All this power is managed by our special On-Board battery charger. Its strength lies in the innovative optimal ventilation system that prevents overheating. With this technology, your Omar Crane will be completely autonomous and independent of bulky external charging stations.

3B6 TECHNOLOGY (OPTIONAL):
The 3B6 system is an exceptional optional tool that provides a superior amount of vital information directly to the operator. In contexts where positioning precision is extreme, the 3B6 system acts as a digital command center: it provides an accurate real-time weight indicator, displays the exact hook distance, and calculates the telescopic boom inclination. It also includes a “Black box” for continuous recording of on-board data, a formidable tool for fleet monitoring and lifting performance analysis.
360° VIEW TOTAL VISION:
For the most extreme industrial challenges, we have developed the revolutionary 360° View peripheral camera system. This cutting-edge technology eliminates every single blind spot, providing a total and simultaneous view of all obstacles on all four sides of the crane on the cabin monitor. BRAKES AND STEERING
Omar Crane’s excellence is manifested in pure mechanics: all our vehicles are equipped with a simplified rear steering system. This technical solution minimizes the turning radius, making the cranes extremely agile in indoor environments where space is pushed to the limit. The radius is achieved entirely mechanically, without depending on complex electronic systems, ensuring longevity and reducing downtime. The front axle can also be equipped with a sophisticated automatic differential lock to maximize traction and stability.

The cabin of our cranes is the true nerve center of operations, redesigned strictly following a “friendly-use” philosophy. The result of twenty years of engineering experience, the cockpit masterfully combines comfort, maximum safety, and total visibility. Premium ergonomics are guaranteed by suspended seats (with a heated option) and highly adjustable steering columns, specifically designed to reduce physical stress on the operator during long shifts. Lifting control is entrusted to an advanced multifunction proportional single-lever joystick, strategically positioned for intuitive and continuous use. Completing the high-level setup are UV-protection blinds and a powerful rapid climate control system, capable of managing air recirculation and cooling the environment in seconds.

All vehicles in our INDOOR Series (and the EVO Series) are supplied with a sophisticated standard radio remote control system. This huge tactical advantage translates into the ability to perform even the most difficult or millimetric lifting maneuvers by positioning oneself exactly at the most favorable observation point. All our electric cranes are fitted as standard with an innovative centralized greasing system that evenly lubricates the vehicle’s critical points, such as the axle and telescopic boom sections. This solution allows for drastically extending the machine’s useful life, ensuring substantial savings on both primary consumables (grease) and secondary component wear. For those who wish to maximize their fleet’s performance, we also offer the option of fully automatic greasing: the system distributes lubricant autonomously, allowing the operator to maintain mechanical efficiency without ever leaving the vehicle, effectively halving downtime and related costs.
Plug & Play Counterweights: Maximum Agility and Stability
Perfect weight balance is a critical factor in ensuring maximum effectiveness in every phase of the work cycle. For this reason, we have developed an ingenious removable additional counterweight system based on our exclusive Plug & Play technology. This construction method allows for extremely easy and rapid weight assembly and disassembly operations. By removing the counterweights, the lightened machine becomes incredibly agile and maneuverable during rapid logistics movements or empty transfers; once the counterweights are inserted, the crane is instantly transformed, providing granite-like, 100% secure stability to tackle the most demanding lifting and positioning phases.
Exclusive Innovation: The Split Chassis
Unlike the competition, Omar Crane introduces a revolutionary concept: the split chassis. This construction method allows for uniform painting and total protection against erosion, but the true advantage lies in investment flexibility:
• POST-PURCHASE TRANSFORMATION: It is possible to convert a crane from diesel to electric by replacing only the lower chassis.
• ECONOMIC SAVINGS: A solution that protects the vehicle’s value over time, allowing the fleet to be updated to new environmental regulations.
INDOOR Series: The King of Tight Spaces
S20 and S35 Models: Maximum Dimension/Capacity Ratio
The S20 and S35 models represent the engineering peak of the INDOOR Series, born from our R&D department to precisely meet growing logistics market demand: having electric vehicles with a literally extreme dimension/capacity ratio.
These incredibly compact machines hide uncompromising lifting strength. The S20 model, with a vehicle weight of 18,000 kg and a width of just 1.67 meters, guarantees a load capacity of 20 tons, reaching hook heights from the ground up to 11 meters using the jib. The higher model, the powerful S35, pushes company productivity even further: while maintaining dimensions suitable for closed spaces (2 meters wide), it is capable of lifting up to 35 tons and bringing the hook to a maximum height of 14.2 meters.
Both vehicles operate with 100% zero-emission electric power and sit on special non-marking cushion tires. This technical choice preserves delicate industrial floors, guarantees very high stability under stress, and completely eliminates downtime due to punctures. Thanks to these features, S20 and S35 models offer smooth and safe handling in all indoor environments where maneuvering space is at a premium.
Variable Tilt Head (Hydraulic Head)
An extremely powerful crane risks losing its effectiveness if its boom lacks the agility required to operate where needed. To permanently solve space constraints in industrial corridors, warehouses, and congested sites, our engineers designed the innovative Variable Tilt Head, also known as the Hydraulic Head.
Unlike traditional lifting solutions on the market, this new architecture for the main hook offers an unmatched tactical advantage: it allows the operator to hydraulically vary the head angle even when the heavy load is already hooked and suspended.
This exclusive technical feature translates into a net reduction in the overall hook footprint. By drastically minimizing the machine’s dimensions and lateral protrusions, overall maneuverability is exponentially increased, allowing the vehicle to fit and work with millimetric precision in cramped spaces considered difficult for any other crane. In addition to optimizing spatial volumes, the use of the variable tilt head also contributes to increased capacity, making the entire logistics handling cycle significantly smoother, faster, and safer.
